At Elite Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation projects. If your tile selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened merchandise.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repack your tiles in their original packaging and secure them to a pallet if necessary to ensure they remain intact during transit.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the items back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
