Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can purchase individual tile swatches to see how the color and texture look in your home's specific lighting before placing a bulk order.

While we pack our tiles securely, breakage can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage with photos within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Can your tiles be used in both indoor and outdoor settings?

What is your return policy for overstock tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.
